The first multihull developed by Black Pepper Yachts, the Code C.69 brings the shipyard’s core principles to a performance cruising catamaran: carbon construction, distinctive design, sailing performance and customisation.
Designed by François Pérus and Romain Scolari of Yacht Design Collective, the Code C.69 has been developed for fast bluewater cruising and long-distance sailing.
Its carbon construction and performance-oriented hulls help control displacement while providing generous living spaces and a high level of comfort on board.
The Code C.69 is the first multihull developed and built by Black Pepper Yachts. Conceived as a 69-foot carbon catamaran for fast offshore cruising, she brings the shipyard’s approach to performance, design and semi-custom construction into the multihull world.
Designed by François Pérus and Romain Scolari, the Code C.69 draws on the latest generation of ocean-going multihulls. Her hulls, carbon construction and performance-oriented platform are combined with generous living spaces and a distinctive profile designed for long-distance sailing.
Like the monohulls of the Code range, the Code C.69 combines contemporary naval architecture with the neo-classic design language of Black Pepper Yachts, offering owners a fast, comfortable and highly customisable cruising catamaran.

The interior layout can also be adapted to modify the number and configuration of cabins, bathrooms and crew areas.
The Code C.69 has been designed to cover long distances efficiently while maintaining balanced and predictable handling.
Controlled displacement, efficient hulls and a powerful sail plan allow the yacht to maintain good average speeds across a wide range of conditions.
The deck layout, sail-handling systems and overall organisation have also been developed to facilitate short-handed sailing despite the size of the catamaran.
The layout of the Code C.69 focuses on natural light, easy circulation and a strong connection between interior and exterior living spaces.
The cockpit and saloon form a largely continuous living area, while private spaces are distributed throughout the hulls to provide comfort and privacy.
The yacht follows a semi-custom approach. Layout, materials, decoration, equipment and finishes can be adapted to the owner’s sailing programme and preferences.

The Code C.69, designed by YDC, ticks all the boxes in this specification, including the highly successful design, in line with the Black Pepper Yachts Codes. She is the first model in the future series of Black Pepper Yachts multihulls, the Code C.
The philosophy behind the design of this ocean-going sailing catamaran was to create a living space on the water of the highest quality and comfort, while ensuring maximum performance and safety when travelling at high speed. The use of high-tech composite materials identical to those used in the construction of racing prototypes (Sandwich Carbon Epoxy) has made it possible to considerably reduce the weight of the boat, which combined with wide, very taut hulls, allows for impressive speeds and acceleration.
The Code C.69 is built in carbon fibre and epoxy resin using construction methods designed to minimise weight while maintaining the rigidity of the platform.
Weight control is a central part of the project. Structure, systems and interior fittings are developed within a strict weight programme in order to preserve the sailing performance defined by the naval architects.
